Welcome to the official Ravekläder FAQ. Here we hope to answer any of the questions that may arise as you scroll through our page, or as you get your first order. 

Orders and Delivery

Q: I have received a damaged item, or received an item I didn't order. What do I do? 

A: If you're goods has been damaged or you have received a faulty product. Contact us at raveklader@gmail.com with your "Order ID" and "Order Issue" as the subject. Provide us with as much details as possible and images of the delivery. We will take the required action depending on the situation. 

Q: I am missing an item (Postal Problems, or that you are missing an item of your order). 

A: When you make your order, you will also receive a tracking number that will help you track your order. If the package still is lost, make sure to e-mail us at raveklader@gmail.com as soon as possible (No longer than 25 days after the order has been made). Make sure to contact the carrier first, as there could be issues with scanning etc on their side. 

Note that certain items come in different packages to ensure that the product is intact and not damaged (example, snap backs and shirts will be sent as two different packages). 

Q: I want to cancel my order, but it has already been shipped out, what do I do? 

A: Do not let the order stay at your postal office for return, instead, contact us within 14 days of your order at raveklader@gmail.com and we will make the necessary arrangements for your return. 

Q: My item has been returned, how can I retrieve it? 

A: If the item has been returned (without being fetched from your local postal office) and you haven't made your claim within 25 days of the return, the item will be donated to charity
If you want to retrieve your item, e-mail us at raveklader@gmail.com to have it sent back to you (Shipping costs may apply). 

Q: How long does it take before I receive my order? 

A: Normally, there is around 3 days before the order has been created and quality controlled, after that, it depends a lot on your shipping carrier and what shipping type you ordered.
